I enjoy some features of this site but not all of them. The features that I do enjoy are the ability to find similar jobs to your search and the capability to email posted jobs to others such as friends. This has come in helpful plenty of times. There is also an option to have job alerts sent to your email for specific job descriptions that come available. While I appreciated the alerts, they were frequently not for the area I requested and the location the alert indicated. The categorization of the jobs is a definite plus for easy career searching. I find that the homepage is slightly less busy than most other sites. I like being able to go to the site, needing to look for a job, and is not distracted by other things, links, info etc
